As a child, Jess usually had more fun orchestrating the game she and her friends were going to play than actually playing it. Her love of setup, planning, and organization continued into adulthood, but instead of deciding who's going to to play which animal, she's helping organizations set up and run their operations efficiently.
After 15 years working in commercial property management, Jess moved on with an assemblage of operations, administrative, organizational, and efficiency skills. She's used those skills to co-found and build a nonprofit organization, and she will use them to help you organize your back-end operations so your nonprofit or small business can run smoothly.
Jess lives in New England with her husband, young son, and rescue pup. She loves color-coded spreadsheets, a fresh notebook, the serial comma, and Lego flower arrangements.
